Services - Fixed Price Programming.
Groovin'High Services is specializing in creating software in any programming language on any platform.
We use programmers from the four corners of the world. We produce IT systems and websites taolor-made to
suit our client’s needs. We quote and charge a fixed price for the programming but other services such as
analysis and management are charged for on hourly basis.
You contact us and give us the details of the project. The project may be either a systems development
project or web site development project.
You must deposit a bond before we start, to cover the costs of the business analysts in preparing
the statement of requirement and obtaining a fixed price quote for preparing the initial programs,
by our teams of programmers. The BA assigned to your project in consultation woth your users prepares
Statement of Requirements in sufficient detail for the programmers to prepare a quotation for the initial
coding.
The Statement of requirements is presented to the programmers so that they can prepare the fixed price
quotation. During this process the may have questions which you staff must be available to answer via the BA.
We then provide you with a fixed price quotation for the initial coding and testing at the programmer level.
The client never communicates directly with programmers. All communications regarding the project are via
the BA. We use skype or email and prefer word or pdf documentation. We present tge fixed price quotation
for initial coding and initial testing. Professional services other than programming are billed for
an hourly basis.
If you accept the quotation, programming starts.
We may require your staff to make themselves available to answer further more detailed questions.
Once the initial testing is completed, the source code is handed over to the client and BA for system testing.
If you require us to the system testing we will do this on an hourly basis.
When the system testing is completed the programs are presented to client for acceptance testing.
The clients are billed weekly or at the end of the project. Alla counts must be paid within 7 days or intereste
will be charged.
The client will be billed fo all cosats and expenses incurred during the project.
